Closure of another Problematic Address in Hogarth Road, SW5

Dear Residents,

We have received multiple reports concerning a basement property on Hogarth Road that has been associated with anti-social behaviour and drug dealing.

In response, officers put together a closure pack to present in court this week to shut down the property. However, the tenant has agreed to vacate and has returned their tenancy to housing.

The property is now officially closed, and we hope this will lead to a reduction in drug related activities on Hogarth Road.
